We are very excited to have the GBTA Aviation Committee presenting at our April meeting. Our speaker will be Doug Fischer, a long time member of the GBTA Aviation committee, and GBTA Allied Member/Regional Director, The Boeing Company.  

Doug will provide insight into the business, responsibilities, and challenges of the Aviation Committee, along with a peak at the 2016 Conference Education Sessions offered by the Aviation Committee at convention, and invite feedback on subject interests and topics for the Aviation Committee to tackle on behalf of GBTA Members. 

This should be a great presentation for all areas of corporate travel.  

About Our Speaker:

As a regional director with the Marketing organization, Boeing Commercial Airplanes, Doug is involved with the marketing and promotion of all models of Boeing commercial airplanes, in conjunction and cooperation with airline customer promotion projects designed to stimulate brand awareness, sales and increased revenue.

Doug began his Boeing career in 2007.  Prior to Boeing, Doug held a number of positions in Sales and Marketing at Northwest Airlines, and in-flight services for Gulf Air.

Doug earned a Bachelor of Arts degree from Boston University in International Relations and did his graduate work at The American Graduate School of International Management (Thunderbird) in International Marketing.
