AI is no longer 'coming' to travel - it's already embedded in booking, policy enforcement, analytics, and duty of care. Today we're skipping the buzzwords and focusing on real impact for GBTA buyers and partners!

Join us for an insightful, forward-looking panel discussion sponsored by Cerebri AI, where industry leaders will explore how AI is reshaping the future of corporate travel, meetings and customer engagement.

This dynamic session brings together three influential voices:

Steve Sitto, Global Head of Travel and Technology Operations, Gilead Sciences

Steve Sitto leads Global Travel and Technology Operations at Gilead Sciences with more than 20 years of experience shaping global programs. He’s held leadership roles at Tesla, GE, Roche, and Cisco, building a reputation for driving smarter, more sustainable travel solutions and using technology to improve efficiency and the traveler experience.

His expertise spans strategic sourcing, supplier partnerships, automation, and sustainability. Steve’s work has earned industry recognition; Business Travel News named him Best Practitioner for Travel Management in 2019 and Travel Manager of the Year in 2024.

Beyond his corporate role, Steve has served on global advisory boards and previously held executive positions with the Global Business Travel Association and the Association of Corporate Travel Executives. He’s passionate about mentoring and sharing knowledge, helping others embrace innovation and growth in the travel and technology space.

In late 2019, Mike joined Serko as their VP of Sales to help grow the company globally with an emphasis on North America and was promoted to SVP in 2023.

Mike frequently speaks at industry events, including GBTA, their local chapters, ACTE formerly, ProcureCon, Phocuswright, TAMS, and BusinessConnect. Mike volunteers his time with the GBTA PCTT Committee, and is formerly a Board Member for GBTA, the former Chair of the GBTA Technology Committee, a mentor for GBTA Ladders, the Co-Chair for WINIT’s Education and Development Committee
